We ensure that all personal data collected, transmitted, stored, and used through eShop is handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) ("PDPO").

Throughout this statement, the meaning of the term “personal data” is defined in PDPO.

We are required to respond to your requests within 40 days, and we will endeavour to do so wherever possible, but we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing so, and we reserve the right to refuse such requests under circumstances permitted by the PDPO.

9. Use of Personal Data in Legal Proceedings

If it becomes necessary that we have to take action against you for any reason whatsoever including recovering from you any money you owe us, you expressly agree that the personal data provided by you can be relied upon in identifying and take legal action against you.
