- If a member reaches the specified cumulative spending amount within their membership validity period, their membership will be upgraded. The upgraded tier is valid for 365 days starting from the date of the upgrade.
- Cumulative spending is calculated based solely on purchases made at the Fortune Pharmacal Official eShop.
- Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned. All expired points will become invalid. No requests for points extension will be accepted, and points cannot be transferred to other accounts.
- Points are calculated based on the net transaction amount after discounts and shipping fees have been deducted.
- Points cannot be gifted or split for use. If an order is canceled, the points earned from that specific purchase will be automatically deducted.
